The 2009 Showcase will be played at Mike Sansone Park in Plant City Florida. The complex features 2 full sized NCAA regulation fields and 4 batting tunnels for teams to use to prep for the upcoming season.  

The event is used for different reasons by different teams in the NCSA. Some teams use the event to play teams from across the country that they would otherwise not get to compete against. Some teams are looking to solidify their line-up before the conference season starts. Still other teams look to bond the team together in order to compete for a National Title. Whatever your goal in attending the showcase may be, the NCSA is able to help you towards your goal.

A one time non-refundable entry fee of $300 ($200 discount for NCSA member teams) is due along with a $200 performance bond on November 30th. The performance bond will be returned at the conclusion of the event if the tournament guidelines are followed and surveys are turned in.  Final payment of game charges of $95.00 per game and practice charges of $20.00 per hour are to be received no later than January 31st.

Teams are encouraged to contact the NCSA to discuss the price range goals for your trip. By setting goals, the NCSA will be able to help you look at potential incomes for your trip as well as ways to eliminate expenses.
